Virtue Health Services provide high-quality care and support in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, allowing individuals currently placed out of the area to return to their community, through a referral system.  We provide a minimum of 1:1 care and support that really makes a difference to individuals’ lives. Our homes are bespoke to the individuals who live in them - to us, it's personal.

We work with commissioners of the local authority and health, discharge teams and social workers to meet the demand of placing individuals with complex needs in community-based provisions. We understand that everyone has differing needs so each individual is assessed to develop a bespoke support package.

Our placements are developed around the needs of each individual and commissioners can trust our transparent approach to costings.  Our care and support packages are offered on a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days per year basis.

Our dedicated teams work with individuals, MDT's and families to develop goals and support them to develop their independency skills, transitioning along a pathway towards independence.  Learn more about our approach to care.
