Oakdale House is the second home in the first phase of Community Pathways, from Virtue Health Services. Whilst still in development, the second home will also feature two en-suite bedrooms for two adults living with complex needs. 

A slightly larger property than Ashdale House, and featuring a bigger garden, Oakdale House will become The Hub for the Community Pathways – where in time, we hope to offer an activities hub where guests will have the option to gather and enjoy activities or develop skills together, forming friendships and networks. 

Set at the heart of the community in Balby, Doncaster – and just around the corner from Ashdale House – Oakdale House will provide bespoke care for two adults living with complex needs. 

While the renovation works are still in progress, we invite social care workers, commissioners and local authorities to preview the home, with the view to help shape our service. 

Working with you, we would like to identify areas of need for care within the community. 

As we are living in unprecedented times with the recent COVID19 outbreak, we have chosen to carry out the preview event in a different style. Previously running an open-house event, we would now like to schedule appointments with you – at a time most convenient – to ensure we can prevent large groups and ensure your safety.

Virtue Health Services equips individuals with the confidence and skills to develop an identity within their community, make their own decisions and live the best version of their life. With a focus on rehabilitation into a more independent life, we still provide the much required care and support. So, even if individuals cannot live without some form of care and support, they are still more independent than they perhaps thought achievable.
