Elmdale House is the fourth home within the first phase of Community Pathways, registered under CQC

Through lessons learned from our first 3 Community Pathways, Ashdale, Oakdale and Buttercup, we created a similar layout with modified improvements. Elmdale House features a communal kitchen and separate dining/activity area, with a separate lounge, a spacious staff room with a separate staff and visitor WC. It features 2 spacious bedrooms with wet-room ensuites, plenty of storage throughout the home and a bright garden with wooden seating area.

Elmdale House will provide a complete care package to individuals who:

• Are within the age groups of 13-17 and 18-65
• Live with diagnosis’s such as autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and other complex needs
• Are looking to live a more independent lifestyle
